Poland Pottery Extraganza

One of the girls who went with me put it perfectly "Poland Pottery is kind of part of the mission community here ." I don't know how long this tradition has gone on but for at least 10 years. My friend Jennifer who I took my first trip to Poland with was the Director of this trip. Last weekend we had school off on Thursday as the country celebrated the Revolution of 1956, and so it made a 4 day weekend. While the Hungarians were waking up to celebrate the holiday, 12 women woke up at the crack of dawn (5am) and piled into 3 cars to make over a seven hour trip. We arrived and shopped for 6 hours, went to bed and woke up and did the same thing all day on Friday. We of course grabbed Polish Dumplings before stopping at the grocery store to get some items we cannot get in Hungary and making the long drive home just to get home really Saturday Morning to unload!

Here are some images! :)
