Little Reminder

I am thankful for a weekend off and today on the long train ride home I was thankful for time to read. It's been a while since I have read the book I have yet to finish "The Discipline of Grace," by Jerry Bridges. This part was a good reminder that this life I have chosen is not one of comfort, contrary to what the world may say.

"To become like Jesus, then, is to come to the place where we delight to do the will of God, however sacrificial or unpleasant that will may seem to us at the time, simply because it is His will."
