Bath Experience in the City of Baths

Budapest is known at the city of Baths, because it has the greatest number of thermal springs within city limits in the world. That is 118 total.  I had heard that before coming, and so a few weeks ago a few teachers and I went to experience it for ourselves! Thankfully it was 60 degrees (F), so they wanted to go to Szechenyi Bath Complex for the outdoor complex!

The photo on the very right: In this pool, there was a little part int he middle, and people would get going treading around it and it would become a whirlpool, to get out of it was so challenging because of the strong current!

The sunset was beautiful as we changed to go back home.

  

Well, the afternoon was so great and relaxing! We went to 2 of the baths outside, 2 different temperatures, and then explored inside and went to about 3 or 4 different ones inside. There are probably 8-10, and many Sauna's as well. It was a treat! It cost us around $14 USD, totally worth it!
